Shandong Airlines Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shandong Airlines" or "We" or "Us") respects and protects your personal information. You are using our face recognition-related services. In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests, please carefully read and make sure you fully understand the terms of this Authorization before using such services.

By checking/clicking the consent authorization, you agree that we may collect, use, store and protect your face information in accordance with this authorization. Please note that you have the right to refuse to provide your face information, but you will not be able to enjoy services related to face recognition. If you disagree with this Authorization, you should immediately stop using our face recognition services.

Definition:

Facial information: Biometric information related to an identified or identifiable natural person recorded electronically or otherwise.

Facial information registration/modification of registration information/identification binding: Enter facial information in Shandong Airlines Zhangshangfei APP, Mini Program, etc.

I. Purpose and necessity of processing facial information

To facilitate your registration/recognition binding, we provide convenient face recognition-related services. If you voluntarily choose our face recognition-related services, we need to process your face information and other personal information in order to complete real-person authentication, which is necessary to provide you with face recognition-related services.

Face information registration/recognition binding: for face information registration/recognition binding, you authorize us to obtain your name, ID information and face image for identity information comparison, that is, to verify that your face information is consistent with the information on your ID.

II. How to withdraw the authorization, modify and delete face information

Please note that face information belongs to your biometric information and sensitive personal information. Leakage or improper use can easily lead to personal injury, property or personal dignity being violated. When processing your personal information, we will ensure the security of your information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, so as to avoid any impact on your personal rights.

III. Storage of face information

Your personal information will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China, and we will not transmit your personal information overseas without your authorization and consent.

IV. How to withdraw the authorization, modify and delete face information

If you wish to withdraw your authorization to collect, use or store your sensitive personal information, you may send an email to b2czb@sda.cn, and we will delete your sensitive personal information in a timely manner.

You may also contact our personal information protection agency and request access, copy, correction, supplement, delete your information according to laws and regulations. After verification, we will do so for you.
